The Mokuren necklace is from Kate's Japan Collection and is inspired by the forms and colours used in traditional Japanese gardens. There are three designs in this collection and are named after Japanese flowers. 'Mokuren' is the Japanese word for 'Flower'.
This necklace is created using fabric from one of Kate's exclusive hand marbled textile designs that are then digitally printed onto luxurious silk fabric. The silk fabric is printed in England and each necklace is hand made by Kate in her studio in Tunbridge Wells. There are nine wood beads inside the fabric each measuring 20mm in diameter. Standard Length is 79cm. If you require the necklace to be slightly longer or shorter please request specific length when ordering. Necklaces are finished with silver plated findings and a toggle clasp.
Due to the size of the print and dependant on where the fabric is cut prior to sewing, there will be slight variations in the placement of design between each necklace
